Anfokali Drops: Product description
Anfokali Drops are a homeopathic remedy for the relief of the symptoms in the nasal cavity, throat and sinuses and to promote self-healing.
Anfokali Drops: Effect
Anfokali Drops contain 50% alcohol and water and the following three herbal active ingredients:
Guaiacum (active ingredient of the guaiac tree) is used to calm the burning sensation in the throat that is accompanied by redness and swelling, for acute tonsillitis (inflammation of the tonsils) and inflammation of the hard palate.
Cistus canadensis (active ingredient of cistus) is used for pain in the larynx and for coughing caused by stinging in the throat.
Lobaria pulmonaria (active ingredient of lung lichen) has a specific homeopathic effect when treating bronchitis, colds, sore throat, cough, influenza and catarrh and is also used to treat headache and laryngitis (inflammation of the larynx).
Anfokali Drops: Uses and indications
Always take this medicine exactly as described in the leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has instructed you. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.
The recommended dose is as follows:
Adults, acute conditions: take five drops every half hour to one hour, up to a maximum of 30 drops a day.
Adults, chronic conditions: five to 10 drops one to three times a day.
Adolescents aged 12 and over, acute conditions: three drops between every half hour to one hour, but no more than 15 drops a day.
Adolescents from 12 years of age, chronic conditions: three to five drops once to three times a day. When symptoms improve, reduce frequency of use.
How to administer: dilute the required number of drops in a glass with a little water and take before meals.
If symptoms do not improve, or they get worse, within seven days, consult your doctor.
Children under 12 years of age: Anfokali Drops are not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Anfokali Drops: Ingredients
100g (107.5ml) liquid dilution contains the following active ingredients:
46.6g guaiacum dil. D15, 26.7g Cistus canadensis dil. D15, 26.7g Lobaria pulmonaria dil. D15.
Other ingredients: 98% ethanol % (total ethanol content approx. 50% by volume), 1ml purified water contains 0.424g ethanol
